Factory-built cabinetry in the materials you'd actually choose — BWP ply, soft-close hardware, the finish you want — designed around how you cook and installed by our own team.
A kitchen made in a factory, finished on your wall.
A modular kitchen is built as precise, pre-finished units in a workshop, then assembled on site. You get tighter tolerances, a cleaner finish and far less on-site mess than a carpenter-built kitchen — and because the modules are engineered, the hardware simply works.
We design each one around your cooking — the work triangle, the way you store, the appliances you own — not a catalogue template.
Five ways to plan the space.
Straight
One run. Ideal for compact flats and open-plan walls.
L-shaped
Two walls. The most popular — flexible and efficient.
U-shaped
Three walls. Maximum counter and storage in one zone.
Parallel
Two facing runs. Efficient galley for serious cooking.
Island
A free-standing counter for prep, seating or the hob.
The part most people skip.
The carcass is what you never see and never replace. We spec it honestly — then let you choose the finish.
Sink, hob and fridge form a triangle you move through hundreds of times a day. We keep its sides short and unobstructed, and zone storage around each so everything lands where your hand expects it.
Priced by the running foot.
Indicative — base units, before appliances & countertop
There's no honest single price for a kitchen — it depends on what it's made of. Here's what actually moves the number:
Modular vs a carpenter-built kitchen.
- ◆ Factory precision & consistent finish
- ◆ Faster, cleaner install — less site dust
- ◆ Engineered hardware that lasts
- ◆ Modules can be serviced or replaced
- ◇ Lower upfront cost in some cases
- ◇ Flexible for unusual shapes on site
- ◇ Finish varies with the carpenter's skill
- ◇ Longer, dustier on-site build

Kitchen FAQs.
For an Indian kitchen we default to BWP (marine-grade) plywood in wet zones — it handles steam and the occasional spill far better than MDF. HDHMR is a great choice where we need superb screw-holding for heavy hardware.
Usually per running foot of cabinetry, split into base and wall units, with tall units and accessories itemised. Countertop, chimney and appliances are quoted separately so you can see exactly where the money goes.
About 3–5 weeks from frozen design to installation for a standard kitchen — most of that is factory build, so on-site time is short and clean.
Yes — countertop, backsplash, sink, chimney and hob can all be supplied and fitted as part of the same job, so you deal with one team and one warranty conversation.
