No two parts of Delhi build the same way. South Delhi is kothis and bungalows in GK, Saket and Vasant Kunj — often full renovations of older homes. West Delhi (Rajouri Garden, Punjabi Bagh, Dwarka) is builder floors, and East Delhi — Preet Vihar, Mayur Vihar, our own Dilshad Garden base — is largely flats.
Much of our Delhi work is renovation, so we’re used to tight lanes, old wiring and occupied homes — and we plan around them.
