Modura Projects is a Delhi-NCR contractor built around a simple idea: interior design, aluminium fabrication and glass work belong under one roof — so a single team owns the job from first sketch to final handover.

Most interior jobs pass through a chain of sub-contractors — a designer, a separate fabricator, a glass vendor, a fitter — and the client ends up managing the gaps between them. We do it differently. Our aluminium is fabricated in our own workshop, our glass is measured and fitted by our own team, and our interiors are executed by people who answer to one supervisor.
That means fewer hand-offs, cleaner accountability, and a quote that names materials and grades instead of hiding behind a lump sum. When something needs fixing, there’s no one to pass it to — it’s ours.
