A typical 2–3 BHK runs about 8–14 weeks on site once designs are frozen, depending on the extent of civil work and joinery. We share a stage-wise schedule with your quote.

Yes. You approve photoreal 3D views and a material board before a single line item is ordered, so there are no surprises on site.
