Stick systems are assembled mullion-by-mullion on site and suit smaller, low-rise or irregular facades. Unitised systems arrive as factory-built panels that are craned into place — faster, more consistent and the right call on tall towers where site time and access are costly.

Because the panels are built in the factory, a unitised curtain wall installs quickly floor-by-floor once fabrication is complete — the on-site programme is far shorter than a stick system of the same area, which is why it suits towers on tight schedules.
