The building envelope, under one roof. ACP cladding, structural glazing, curtain wall and shopfronts — designed, fabricated and installed in-house across Delhi NCR, so the solid skin and the glass systems line up as one elevation.
The whole elevation.
Solid skin, glass systems and storefronts — specified and installed together.
A facade is where three trades meet.
On most projects the ACP contractor, the glazing contractor and the shopfront fabricator are three different firms — and the joints between them are where a facade leaks, mis-aligns and slips schedule. Modura fabricates the aluminium and the glass in-house, so the panels, the curtain wall and the storefront are detailed to meet as one elevation.
Survey to handover.
| Survey & design | Measured survey of the elevation, then a facade design that sets the ACP-to-glass split, grid and finishes. |
| Engineering | Shop drawings and glass / framing sizing for the wind zone — DGU and laminated glass where performance or safety needs it. |
| Fabrication | Aluminium and glass fabricated in-house — curtain wall, ACP and storefront elements to one set of drawings. |
| Install & handover | Phased installation coordinated with the main build, then weather-testing and handover as one package. |
Facade FAQs.
Cladding is the solid skin of a building — ACP or metal panels fixed over the structure. Glazing is the glass system — structural glazing, curtain wall or spider glazing. Most facades combine both, and we detail the solid and glass zones together so they line up cleanly.
Yes. Because aluminium fabrication and glasswork are both in-house, one team surveys, engineers, fabricates and installs the ACP, glazing and shopfront elements — so there is a single point of accountability for the elevation.
Corporate offices, retail and showrooms, hospitality, institutional buildings and elevations for residential projects across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
Facade work is quoted per square metre of elevation and depends on the mix of systems (ACP vs glazing vs shopfront), the glass and panel spec, and the building's height and wind zone. We survey the elevation and give an itemised rate.
Facade work draws on our aluminium and glass studios. For punched window openings rather than a glass wall see aluminium windows; for elevation inspiration start with facade & elevation design.
